Work has been completed and affected customers will be able to access their control panels now. It will take several hours for reporting to catch up. We are monitoring and will provide a final update once it has completed.

We are proceeding to activate failover from our London data center to our Vancouver data center in advanced of this scheduled maintenance, which will begin at 08:00 PM GMT as planned.

We will be performing maintenance to upgrade the capacity of our network and storage appliances in our London data center at 08:00 PM GMT today. It is expected that this work will take 4-6 hours to be completed. In order to avoid unexpected downtime we will be failing over to our Vancouver data center while the work is being performed. Customers with control panels hosted in our London data center will be unable to log in to their account during the maintenance window to ensure data integrity, but there will be no impact to ad serving operations.
